風見正三の思想

人間の最も優れた創造物は「芸術」であろう。絵画、彫刻、建築、詩、音楽、映画、演劇等、人間が創り出してきた様々な芸術が、人間の五感を愉しませてきた。世界中で最も著名な芸術家と言えば、レオナルドダビンチの名を上げる人が多いだろう。レオナルドは、絵画、彫刻、建築、土木、都市計画、医学、解剖学等の多岐にわたる分野から「芸術」を追求し、自然と人間の真実を解き明かそうとした偉大なる芸術家である。芸術家とは、我々を取り巻く様々な現象を読み解き、そこから生まれる発見や感動を表現し、次世代に継承していく能力を持つ者である。21世紀は、持続可能な未来を実現するために、「自然と人間」「地球と都市」「科学と芸術」の融合と調和が求められる。この美しい地球に広がる自然は、最高の芸術であり、我々は、「地球（GAIA）」の神秘に目を向け、「地球芸術（Gaia Art）」を創造していく時期が到来している。そして、我々の人生もまた「芸術」であり、地球的な視野から総合芸術を創造する「地球人（Gaiable Humans）」としての新たな挑戦が始まる。

The greatest human creation is art. Paintings, sculptures, architecture, poetry, music, movies, theater, and many other forms of art created by humans have delighted the five senses of humans. Leonardo da Vinci is probably the most famous artist in the world. Leonardo is a great artist who pursued “Art” in a wide range of fields such as painting, sculpture, architecture, civil engineering, urban planning, medicine, and anatomy, and tried to unravel the truth about nature and humans.

An artist is someone who has the ability to decipher the various phenomena that surround us, express the discoveries and emotions that arise from them, and pass them on to the next generation. In the 21st century, the fusion and harmony of “Nature and Humans,” “Gaia and Cities,” and “science and art” are required in order to realize a sustainable future. The nature that spreads on this beautiful earth is the best art, and the time has come for us to turn our eyes to the mystery of “GAIA” and create “ Gaia Art”. And our life is also “Art”, and a new challenge begins as “Gaiable Humans” who create comprehensive art from a global perspective.

芸術は人類を幸福にする光である。人類にとって、最も大切なことは、この広大なる宇宙の中で、多様な生命を育んできた地球に畏敬の念を持ち、その大いなる光として真摯に生きていくことである。人間は様々な創造行為を行うが、それらが幸福を育むものだけではなく、時に、戦争を引き起こす原因も生み出してしまう。我々は、その創造性を力に、地球上の多様な生命を尊重し、それらの守り手とならなければならない。我々の地球の美を未来につなぎ、次世代の希望と幸福を生み出す原動力となっていくことが芸術家としての使命である。人間は地球を幸福に導く創造力を持っている。21世紀は、地球(GAIA)と共生する文明を生み出すための芸術的変革を起こしていく世紀となる。人間がすべての生命と共に創造する「美しい地球」を目指し、芸術家としての美学を地球に刻んでいこう。

Art is the light that makes mankind happy. The most important thing for humankind is to have a sense of reverence for the earth, which has nurtured a variety of life in this vast universe, and to live earnestly as a great light. Human beings carry out various creative acts, but they not only foster happiness, but also sometimes cause war. We must use our creativity to respect and protect the diverse life forms on earth. It is my mission as an artist to connect the beauty of our earth to the future and to be the driving force that creates hope and happiness for the next generation. Humans have the creative power to lead the earth to happiness. The 21st century will be a century of artistic change to create a civilization that coexists with the “GAIA”. Aiming for a “Beautiful Gaia” created by humans and all living things, let's engrave the aesthetics as an “Artist” on the earth.

我々は「芸術」なしでは生きられない。人類の長い歴史が証明してきたように、戦争や平和の時期を問わず、人間は、「内なる探求」を繰り返し、人間の悲しみを乗り越える希望を生み出してきた。その絶対的な真実を人類は忘れてはならない。今こそ、人類は、地球との対話を通して、地球の美を探求し、未来に伝える「地球人(Gaiable Humans)」としての歩みを始めなければならない。芸術を創造するということは、まさに、極めて人間的な行為であり、古代から現代まで、人間は崇高なる芸術に励まされ、生きる力を養ってきた。「人間はパンのみに生きるにあらず」というイエスの言葉のように、我々は、地球の美しい連鎖の一部であり、壮大なる地球が生み出す総合芸術を模倣しながら、心豊かに生きていくための「地球芸術活動」を創造していこう。その時、我々は、豊かな大地の恵みと共に生きる「芸術」として、この美しい「地球（GAIA）」と共に存在していくことができるのである。

We cannot live without “Art”. As the long history of mankind has proved, regardless of times of war or peace, humans have repeatedly pursued their inner quests and created hopes to overcome their sorrows. Humankind must never forget that absolute truth. Now is the time for mankind to explore the beauty of the earth through dialogue with the earth and begin to walk as “Gaiable Humans” who will pass it on to future generations. Creating art is truly a very human act, and from ancient times to the present day, humans have been encouraged by the sublime arts and nurtured the power to live. As Jesus said, “Man cannot live on bread alone,” we are part of the beautiful chain of the earth, and we live spiritually richly while imitating the comprehensive art created by the magnificent “GAIA”. Let's create “Gaia Art Activities” for At that time, we will be able to coexist with this “Beautiful Gaia” as an “Art” that lives in harmony with the bountiful blessings of the earth.
